It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that they say reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, such work effects a physical change to the body.
The therapy is based on the premise that areas on the foot correspond to areas of the body. Applying focused pressure to these reflex points located in the foot stimulate the corresponding area and thereby remove blockages in the energy body.
